We present our star product, the Valencian tomato. This variety of tomato is one of the jewels of Mediterranean agriculture, renowned for its quality, unique flavour and connection with the horticultural traditions of the Valencian Community. This tomato is much more than just a simple ingredient in the kitchen; it is also a symbol of the richness of local products and the close relationship between the land and gastronomy in our Community.
This product is grown in the fertile soils of the Valencian Community, where the Mediterranean climate, with mild winters and warm summers, provides the perfect conditions for its development. Cultivation follows traditional methods, respecting sustainability and product quality. Many growers opt for ecological techniques, avoiding the use of chemical pesticides and prioritising biodiversity, something that is very important to us in our cooperative and which we have been achieving for years, sustainable agri-food.
